The Deputy President William Ruto held a meeting with leaders from Kericho County led by Governor Paul Chepkwony, Karen office, Nairobi County.
The MCAs had a meaningful discussion with the DP regarding development matters and together presented a memorandum of development projects in all the six sub- counties in Kericho County.
Ruto stated that leaders must work together irrespective of their political affiliation and involve the public in decision making.
One photo of the DP relations with the leaders has caught the attention of strong African heritage upholders in terms of discipline show of respect.
A photo has come out of Kericho senator greeting the DP with his hand in the pocket. One Kerich Josiah has commented that “When I was young I was told to respect elders greeting them with both hands”.
